Pgsoft Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By using the pgsoft website (pgsoft-taka.com) or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Your relationship with pgsoft is a legal agreement — you follow the rules, we deliver the service.

These terms and conditions have been written in plain English for users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any dispute, the original English version shall prevail. pgsoft may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Pgsoft operates under a licence from an international gaming authority. The regulations of that authority also form part of these terms and conditions. pgsoft reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice.

To register on pgsoft, you must provide accurate and truthful information. If an account is created using false or misleading details, pgsoft reserves the right to close that account and forfeit the balance at any time.

• Each person may hold only one account on pgsoft.
